The kit includes an FMM-6B manual focus module, a CFH-47 focus grip, an ERD-40A-D01 zoom rate demand unit, two communication cables, and two mounting clamps.

The FMM-6B focus module attaches to the lens, and the flexible CFC-12-990 cable connects the focus grip to provide manual focus to the lens. The focus grip can mount onto one of your handles using one of the mounting clamps. The ERD-40A-D01 zoom rate demand unit mounts onto a handle with the other mounting clamp, and it connects to the servo zoom connector on the lens with a 12-pin connector for fine digital servo zoom functionality.
