Featuring advanced optical performance to support 4K cameras, the lens has been engineered to produce high resolution from the center to the edges of the image with exceptional luminance gradation, making it ideal for point-and-shoot HDR. High contrast is achieved through superb control over black reproduction, and a new lens optics design helps reduce ghosting, flare, color distortion and internal flare.
With its high quality optical components and precision optomechanical assembly, the lens offers a 45x zoom ratio that can reach 612mm, and up to 1224mm with the built-in 2x extender. A new and improved built-in image stabilization system features high-frequency vibration suppression and panning, making it ideal for shooting in dynamic environmental situations such as helicopters , boats and motor vehicles.
A high-performance digital drive unit improves servo performance over our HJ40x generation lenses and achieves full focal range in 1.2 seconds, aperture in 1.3 seconds, and focus range in 1.8 seconds. The unit also supports virtual systems with three 20-pin connectors and includes a digital information display for easier use.
The CJ45ex13.6B lens offers high-level 4K optical performance, a high 45x zoom ratio and faster servo operation in the size of an HD super telephoto lens, representing an excellent marriage of the needs for creative flexibility and mobility, while meeting the high performance demands for 4K image acquisition at a wide range of focal lengths.
