Sony MCC-1000MD features the latest-generation image sensor technology, designed for medical microsurgical applications including ophthalmology and neurology procedures, the compact and lightweight design allow the C-mount head to be easily mounted on most existing surgical microscopes. Captured HD images can be displayed on surgical monitors for everyone to see in the OR and recorded with our medical recorders. Surgical footage can be shared with clinicians/colleagues, at conferences and symposiums, and for surgical training and education. Designed to deliver a high level of detail for microsurgery applications, the Sony MCC-1000MD
camera head combines three Exmor™ R CMOS sensors. This sensor, combined with our leading image-processing technology, means the Sony MCC-1000MD offers the sensitivity of F20, a signal-to-noise ratio of 63 dB, and a horizontal resolution of 1,000 TV lines or more. The MCC-1000MD can capture Full HD images with 1,080 effective scanning lines even in progressive format, allowing you to see details and movement in videos with greater clarity than in interlaced format. Simultaneous video outputs from two Sony MCC-1000MD units can be synchronized, allowing capture of HD 3D stereoscopic video images. These 3D images can be displayed on Sony’s 4K 3D surgical monitors, such as the LMD-X310MT and LMD-X550MT, and can be recorded by our HVO-3300MT 3D medical recorder. The high image quality, sensitivity, and versatility of the Sony MCC-1000MD makes it the perfect camera, both for the highly demanding environments of operating rooms and surgical centers, to more day-to-day use in hospital examination rooms. SONY delivers innovation across the imaging workflow, from leading 4K, 4K3D and 3D technologies - to the very latest in IP conversion to create smart digital operating rooms. We offer a wide range of medical devices to capture and view medical images, from cameras to 4K surgical monitors. For documentation, we provide recorders, printers and print media. This equipment is intended for use by qualified medical professionals only. Registration status as a medical device may vary, depending on country.
