DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
The seller delivers the products to the address requested by the customer.
Delivery always takes place at street level. For shipments that require the use of a pallet (if necessary due to the quantity and/or weight of the products), delivery will be made with a hydraulic tailgate on the vehicle, as close as possible to the delivery address.
Delivery occurs within the times indicated on the product page, and the days mentioned are considered "business days." For products with immediate availability, delivery to the courier is expected within 48 hours after receiving payment. In case one or more products from the order are not available, the seller's staff will assess whether to make a single delivery or multiple deliveries, informing the customer in advance.
If the seller is unable to guarantee the timing of reorders for temporarily out-of-stock items, they will promptly notify the customer and proceed with the replacement of the material or the refund of the amounts already paid, following the customer's instructions.
During the summer and on official holidays, deliveries may experience delays.
Our deliveries do not have an additional charge for remote areas, but delivery times to these locations may experience delays.
Costs are calculated directly on the website and are visible during the purchase process.
