RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Information obligations in distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside business premises.
Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code.
Right of Withdrawal:
According to the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, physically takes possession of the goods, without any penalty and without the need to provide any reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
The right of withdrawal will be forfeited if the returned product is not in its original condition, including:
- Lack of the original packaging or inappropriate packaging;
- The product has been partially or fully installed;
- Missing integral components of the product (accessories, screws, components, etc.) and packaging (labels, identification tags, codes, etc.);
- Damage to the product due to reasons other than transportation.
The customer is responsible for insuring the shipment against theft and damage during transport and for bearing the related costs.
The customer is kindly requested to return the goods to our operational headquarters in Bagno A Ripoli (FI) 50012 at Via Antonio Meucci, 17/19, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which they communicated their withdrawal to us.
All direct and indirect costs of returning any goods will be borne by the customer.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods is the customer's responsibility until the goods are received at our warehouse, whether by shipment or in the event that the goods are damaged for reasons other than their transport.
We will proceed with the refund within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, after successfully conducting checks related to the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, the integrity and suitability of the product, and all the conditions listed for the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal.
All payments made by the customer, including delivery costs, will be refunded.
This refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise specified by the customer; in any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
In the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the goods and the additional conditions described above, the customer forfeits the right of withdrawal, and the purchased product will remain available for pickup at the warehouse. The seller will notify the customer accordingly through a special communication.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
