Unless otherwise agreed, all prices quoted by VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. are exclusive of delivery charges and are exclusive of Value Added Tax all of which amounts you shall pay (in addition to the price of the goods) when it is due to pay for the goods. All prices on the web site can be changed in any moment and VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. can confirm them or not at the moment of a price request or order confirmation.

Product availability

VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. works, depending on the products, on the base of a variable stock with suppliers or on special order. Products are avaliable within the limits of VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. stock or subject to availiablility from its suppliers.

Method of payment

The method of payment requested is bank transfer, credit card or paypal account.

Warranty - new equipment

All products sold by VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. are placed under a contractual warranty by the manufacturers of these products. The warranty contract is established between the customer and the manufacturer by the act of purchase. The invoice will be used as written proof. The duration and conditions of the warranty depend on manufacturers: the customer should conserve the invoice and show it in case of need. As long as the product is under manufacturer warranty, any customer with a problem with their product must inform VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. as a matter of priority. VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. will advise the customer on procedure as sometimes it is the responsibility of the customer to send the product to the manufacturer, sometimes VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. acts on behalf of the customer and everything possible will be done to find a solution to the problem. If the assessment finds that the problem can be repaired in the context of the warranty, the customer does not pay any repair fees (only the sending of the product for repairing). An assessment which denies the contractual warranty always costs the customer something. Important : in all cases where the goods need to be returned to VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L., they must be unregistered and packed complete with all accessories, software and manuals in the original manufacturers packaging and then packed in an additional box or covering to ensure that the product and its original packaging are returned without damage.

Warranty - used equipment

All used equipment is guaranteed to work, regardless of its cosmetic condition and it is sold “as it is”, this means as described at the moment of the sale. If the equipment does not corripond to the description supplied by VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. at the moment of the sale, the customer must contact VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. within 7 days from the date of the invoice and it will advise the customer on procedure.


VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. does not accept any liability for eventual damages or lost suffered of the goods during the transport and therefore VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. recommends that you undertake additional insurance with the forwarding agent as a precautionary measure. VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. can arrange collection / return of goods using its accounts with the major forwarding agents (DHL, FedEx, TNT), however the cost of this service will be debited to you. Furthermore VIDEOLINEA SYSTEM S.R.L. will send an e-mail to the customer with the shipment details (forwarding agent, tracking number, etc.).
