The company Videolinea System Srl. (hereinafter referred to as the seller), with its registered office in Bagno A Ripoli 5012 - Via Antonio Meucci 17/19, markets professional Audio/Video products for Cinema, Broadcasting, television productions, and industry professionals.

These terms of sale apply to the sale of products concluded through the website www.videolinea.com (hereinafter referred to as the website), in accordance with current national and European regulations, including Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Code), and European Directive No. 2011/83 EU on customer rights.

The contract between Videolinea System Srl and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Videolinea System Srl, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is deemed implicit unless communicated otherwise to the Customer by any means.

The "order confirmation" by the buyer implies the unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale, which prevail over all previous or specific versions generated by the buyer, including email exchanges.


Orders are processed on the same working day or the next, depending on the receipt of confirmation of payment.

The images, prices, and descriptions on each product page reproduce the characteristics of the products as accurately as possible but should always be understood as indicative and not contractual.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

The transportation of all large-sized materials (at least one side exceeding 2.40 meters) must be quoted upon request by the seller, due to different unloading issues.

The seller may contact the buyer to verify the data entered during the order placement.


Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

Customers who choose to pay by bank transfer must settle the payment within 3 working days from the order confirmation. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the bank transfer is not credited within the specified period.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed on the next working day after the actual bank credit is received.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the purchased products will be committed from the date of the bank transaction credit to the seller's account. The seller cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of products purchased and paid by bank transfer before the full amount is credited to the seller's account.


The seller delivers the products to the address requested by the customer.

Delivery is always made at street level. For shipments involving the use of a pallet (possibly required due to the quantity and/or weight of the products), delivery will be made with a hydraulic tail lift at the nearest possible point to the delivery address.

Delivery times are as specified on the product page, and the days mentioned are considered "working days." For products with immediate availability, delivery to the courier is scheduled within 48 hours after payment is received. In case one or more products in the order are not available, the seller's staff will assess whether to make a single delivery or multiple deliveries, informing the customer in advance.

If the seller cannot guarantee the timing of reorders temporarily out of stock, prompt notice will be given to the customer, and the seller will proceed with replacing the material or refunding the amounts already paid, following the customer's instructions.

During the summer and holidays, deliveries may experience delays.

Our deliveries do not have additional charges for remote areas, but delivery times to these locations may experience delays.

Costs are calculated directly on the website and are visible during the purchase process.


At the checkout before payment, our customers have the option to select the preferred shipping courier among the main transport companies, including DHL, BRT, GLS, TNT. Alternatively, it is also possible to choose the courier that best suits your shipping needs.

All shipping options are available to ensure maximum flexibility and meet the individual needs of our customers. Please select the desired courier before proceeding with payment. Shipping costs will vary based on the choice made.

Transportation of all oversized materials (at least one side exceeding 2.40 meters) must be quoted upon request by the seller due to various unloading issues.

N.B. Rates may change due to reasons beyond the seller's control. In this case, the buyer will be contacted as soon as possible.


Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, it is recommended to check that:

- The number of parcels delivered matches what is indicated on the transport document;

- The packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered, including closure materials such as adhesive tape or plastic straps, including the metal staples that seal the straps. It should also not have cuts, dents, signs of compression, or contact with water. Check that the adhesive tape is marked "Videolinea System"; in case of unmarked tape, accept the package with a reservation.


Here are the possible acceptance options to be marked on the courier's delivery document (DDT):

Correct number of parcels, intact packaging, and closure materials:

"Acceptance with control reservation, intact parcel"

Correct number of parcels, packaging and closure materials not intact:

"Acceptance with reservation: damaged packaging (crushed, pierced, etc.)"

Incorrect number of parcels, intact packaging, and closure materials:

Any damage or discrepancy in the number of parcels or information must be immediately reported to the delivering courier. You must accept the delivery receipt by adding the words "Acceptance with reservation" to the courier's DDT (not on the order copy), specifying the reason, e.g., "torn packaging," "crushed packaging," etc. If the product is visibly damaged or the courier refuses the reservation, please refuse the product and indicate on the receipt "parcel refused due to visible damage" or "parcel refused because the courier refuses the reservation" and promptly inform us.

If the parcel remains intact externally, it is still mandatory to mark it as described above ("I accept the goods with control reservation, intact parcel").

ATTENTION: The control reservation must be strictly marked by the customer personally. Please do not accept if the driver says he will mark the reservation later or claims to have already done so. This means we will not receive any communication.

IMPORTANT: Carefully keep the shipping receipt, packaging, damaged products, and any evidence of the incident.

Instances of shortages or damage during shipments are very rare, but it is important, in the unfortunate event of such an incident, for the customer to follow these instructions precisely. This allows us to correctly activate insurance claims and promptly provide replacements for damaged or missing products. Accepting a parcel without a "reservation" or reporting the incident late may make the damage unrecoverable. Please carefully retain the original packaging, manuals, and accessories, as they are integral parts of the newly purchased product. The packaging must be returned intact in the event of a return and must serve as a perfect container for any product movements.

If the order is not delivered within the specified time due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided), the customer will be responsible for redelivery and storage fees, which will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

If the buyer is a company with a valid VAT number, the responsibility for shipping and delivery always rests with the buyer.

If the product is damaged during transport, the Customer can notify the Seller by sending an email to info@videolinea.com within 24 hours, specifying the damage suffered by the product. If the parcel is not accepted with a reservation, it will not be possible to proceed with a refund (see **DELIVERY** and acceptance).

In case of non-compliance, the customer has the right to restore conformity, without charges, of the property through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract. The customer may choose, at their discretion, for the Seller to repair the property or replace it, without charges in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. In accordance with Article 57(2) (Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code), the customer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods themselves.

Under the Consumer Code Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods, without any penalty and without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email to info@videolinea.com).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the returned product is not intact, i.e., it lacks the original packaging or appropriate packaging, it has been installed, even partially, it lacks integral elements of the product (accessories, screws, components, etc.), and packaging (labels, identification tags, codes, etc.), or it has been damaged for reasons other than transportation. The customer is required to insure the shipment against theft and damage during transport and to bear the related costs.

The customer is requested to return the goods to our operational headquarters in Bagno A Ripoli (FI) 50012 at Via Antonio Meucci, 17/19, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the customer communicated their withdrawal. The direct and indirect costs of returning any goods will be borne by the customer. The risk of loss of the goods is fully borne by the customer until the certificate of receipt of the goods at our warehouse, whether it is a shipment or in the event that the goods are damaged for reasons other than their transport. We will proceed with the refund within 14 days from the receipt of the goods unless the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal, the integrity and suitability of the product, and all the conditions listed for the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal have been successfully verified. All payments made by the customer, including delivery costs, will be refunded. This refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise indicated by the customer; in any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. In the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the goods and the other conditions described above, the customer loses the right of withdrawal, and the purchased product will remain available for collection by the customer at the warehouse. The seller will notify the customer by special communication. The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or change rapidly.



Videolinea System markets high-quality products for which any warranty provided by law is directly provided by the manufacturers according to the relevant regulations.

Legal Guarantees

The products are guaranteed against any non-compliance and hidden defects according to the conditions provided by the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code. Excerpts from the Consumer Code:

Art. L. 211-4. The seller is required to deliver a product that conforms to the contract and is responsible for any non-compliance defects existing at the time of delivery. In the same way, he is responsible for any non-compliance defects resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation, if it is his responsibility under the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

Art. L. 211-5. To be in conformity with the contract, the product must: 1. - Be suitable for the use normally expected of a similar product and, in any case: correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller has presented to the consumer as a sample or model; present the qualities that a consumer can legitimately expect, taking into account the public statements made by the seller, the producer, or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling; 2. - Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties, or be suitable for any special use sought by the consumer, brought to the seller's attention and accepted by him.

Art. L. 211-12. The action resulting from non-compliance defects is prescribed two years from the date of delivery of the product.


Videolinea System assumes no responsibility for services due to force majeure events such as accidents, explosions, fires, riots, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, computer system damage, system crashes, and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed-upon times. Videolinea System will not be liable for any damages, losses, and/or costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the aforementioned reasons, with the customer having the right only to a refund of the amount paid. Similarly, Videolinea System is not responsible for any fraudulent and unlawful use of credit cards and other means of payment; at no time during the purchase process is the staff able to know the customer's credit card number, which, through a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the Bank managing the service.
