The Panasonic G-Series 14mm F2.5 II ASPH has a maximum aperture of F2.5, has a very compact construction (thickness only 20.5mm) and was developed for Micro Four Thirds cameras. The focal length is comparable to 28mm with an equivalent of 35mm.
The lens system is constructed of 6 lenses in 5 groups, of which 5 are aspherical lenses. The lens uses seven diaphragm blades to build a circular diaphragm. This lens has minimal aberration and is therefore excellently suited to photography of eg buildings.
The Panasonic Lumix G 14mm has a fast autofocus system for images full of contrast. The step motor ensures fluent focus with both photography and videography.
