HyperDeck Studio is the advanced broadcast deck with incredible quality SD and HD recording and playbsck using removable 2.5" SSDs. You can record and play back in 10 bit uncompressed, Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHD video files that load directly into your editing software. 

SDI Video Inputs & Outputs

There is one SDI Video Input and two SDI Video Outputs on the Blackmagic Design HYPERD/ST2 HyperDeck Studio 2. With the help of this capability, users may send and receive professional-grade, uncompressed video feeds. With the SDI Rates of 270Mb, 1.5G-SDI, and 3G-SDI, customers are guaranteed to be able to handle a variety of video formats with various bandwidth needs, giving them the most amount of flexibility possible in a variety of usage scenarios.

HDMI Video Inputs & Outputs

Analog Video & Audio Inputs/Outputs

Timecode Connections

The HyperDeck Studio 2 does not include any timecode connectors specifically. Before viewing or recording, those that need timecoding must include it in their video files.

SDI Audio Inputs & Outputs

SD and HD QuickTime files can have up to 16 channels of embedded audio supported by the device using SDI connectors. It supports two channels for files that are Avid DNxHD MXF. This skill, necessary for expert audio mixing and editing, enables users to manage complicated audio configurations that call for several channels.

HDMI Audio Inputs & Outputs

HDMI audio inputs and outputs: Embedded audio is also supported via the HDMI connections. The system can handle up to 8 channels of QuickTime files in both SD and HD.
